I'm Tired.

Most people never notice – but a train runs through Cashmere and light sleepers can be woken if they blow their horn.  Whether you’re a light sleeper or not, here’s our best tips for a great night’s sleep:


Put on a background sound app that plays white noise (and play it loud).  This works!


We have extra blankets in the closet for added heat/weight.


Get ear plugs from the office.


Power off the phone :)


Get a SleepyTime tea from the office (during office hours) and sip with the lights off.
